Just bought my first car 2022 Tesla Model 3. The team was very knowledgeable and very communicative throughout the entire process. Very transparent about pricing and how they were able to get me a great deal! Highly recommend them for their honesty and communication.

Overall my experience was a lot better than some of the other dealerships they have been at. Cam was amazing and address all of my concerns and questions with a smile and with information that put me at ease. I'm never there for long and if they need my vehicle for more than a couple of hours I'm offered a courtesy vehicle so I can continue doing what I need to do for the day. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this dealership and I will be returning with anything else that may arise in the future.

I wrote a review when I purchased my 24 Ford Edge about the salesman and how easy they made it to buy my SUV. Recently I needed service completed on my SUV and I cannot say enough good things about my service advisor Janine Jones. She remembered me when I showed up for my appointment, from when I called to schedule my service. She extremely professional, she made sure since I was waiting for my SUV that I was comfortable and she kept updating me when it should be completed. I have recommended Jarrett Ford since purchasing and now again I'm raving about the service center.

We could not be more happy with our sales guy Forrest Browne, working with him was amazing. It didn’t feel “all about getting the sale” or that we were “just a number” and that always makes one hell of a difference! Thank you again Forrest for everything! The facility was gorgeous, good coffee and snacks in the waiting area, clean bathrooms etc. and the variety of vehicles on the lot was exceptional. We drove 45-60 minutes away from home just to come here and we’d do it over and over again.

We found this place looking for a specific trim of explorer to replace the one we had before and this place didnt disappoint. We called the day before and the day of and when we arrived the explorer was sitting out front ready for us to test drive. Brody Green the associate that helped us had keys in hand and was ready for us. It was exceptionally clean on the inside and it drove great. After words he was prompt with the paper work and the price was upfront and no dealers fee. He wasnt pushy and he was straight forward which is hard to find in a dealership today. Elder Ford in Tampa was pushy and neglected to tell us things we later learned the hard way. This Ford dealership was a fresh breath of air when it comes to buying a car. The finance associate we dealt with Kenneth Fong who was great and very personable. He didnt push anything on us and gave us all the options upfront. I will be looking for a F-250 in the future and this will be the first dealership I go to first. Its worth the drive and I dont believe you will be disappointed with the customer service or the inventory either.

I had my F150 serviced today, christian was the service advisor who waited on me. Chris did an outstanding job helping me, and keeping me informed. I am and will continue to get my truck serviced at Jarrett Ford in Dade City. Thank you to Chris, Katie, and Kenzie for a awesome welcoming experience.

Amazing idea—Ford is the best, love the mobile service.

Used Bill Jarrett ford mobile service for my maverick, awesome experience using mobile. I also needed a battery for my Miata, they got one and came back and installed plus did a multipoint inspection. Very pleased!

A huge thank you to Everett, Anthony and Mr. Jarrett for working with me to buy the used vehicle I wanted. Took some time and patience and explaining, but we were able to get everything worked out. Definitely recommend. :)

Jarrett Ford continued to search for the problem until it was found. It took three times to finally find the issue. Now waiting for the part or new engine...

Henry helped us order the exact truck we wanted and had it ready for us as soon as it came in. Our second purchase from Bill Jarrett Ford and hopefully not our last. We won’t even shop anywhere else!
